pkla Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

Access to and use of the pkla Platform is strictly restricted. To register an Account and use the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkla operates a strict 21+ policy and reserves the right to require age verification documents at any time.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of pkla or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to online gaming that would restrict your ability to create or use a gaming account.

pkla reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility requirements are not met or where false information has been provided during registration. Any funds remaining in such an Account may be withheld pending investigation.

Deposits

pkla accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only through the following approved local payment methods. All deposits are credited to your pkla wallet in BDT. pkla does not accept deposits via international credit cards, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. Maximum single deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the deposit interface.
• Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your name may be declined or investigated. pkla reserves the right to return funds to the originating payment method in such cases.
• pkla does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply fees per their own terms of service.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in BDT to your registered mobile banking wallet. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 per request. Maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to your Account verification status.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• pkla aims to process all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of submission during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkla Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or using another person's identity or fabricated personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or access games.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or any conduct that artificially manipulates the outcome of any game or betting market available on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources or structuring transactions to evade financial reporting requirements.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or any malfunction of the Platform to obtain funds, credits, or gaming advantages to which you are not entitled.

pkla employs fraud detection systems that monitor all Account activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, pkla may freeze the relevant Account and funds pending investigation without prior notice. pkla's determination in such matters is final subject to any applicable dispute resolution procedure outlined in these Terms.

All content on the pkla Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, images, logos, audio, video, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is owned by or licensed to pkla and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

The pkla name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of pkla. Unauthorised use of any pkla trademark, including in domain names, social media handles, or third-party promotional materials, is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under applicable law.

pkla reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as set out in Clause 5.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe specified by pkla upon request.
• A reasonable determination by pkla that continued operation of the Account presents a risk of harm to the Player, to other Players, or to the integrity of the Platform.

Upon voluntary closure of an Account by the Player, any real-money balance remaining after the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements will be returned to the Player's registered mobile banking wallet within a reasonable processing period. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pkla operates. Any dispute between you and pkla that cannot be resolved informally through pkla's customer support channel should be submitted in writing to pkla at [email protected] with a clear description of the nature of the dispute, the relief sought, and any supporting documentation.

pkla will endeavour to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and to provide a substantive response within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Players who are dissatisfied with pkla's resolution of a dispute may pursue such other remedies as are available to them under applicable law.
